The content is translated by Richard Pecha, who also contributes the introduction to the book. Josef Rauwolf contributes a concluding essay. Graphic design and pre-press editing by Erik Daniel. Cover artwork by Richard Pecha. Editorial support by Pavel Le Roch. Honza Bartoň was technical editor on the project. This was printed at Tiskárna Protisk, s.r.o., České Budějovice. 500 copies of this 1st printing were produced.
